Magnifier a Cool Tool In Windows vista and 7.

Many of us think sometime while we are reading or writing some text that may be we can Zoom the small written text, so that we don't have take our eyes close to screen, because rays coming out from the screen can have bad effect on our eyes. 3. Main reason to use this tool is that you don't have use scroll bars, just move mouse screen will move according to pointer.
